Providing you with the tactics and technical know how to make the right decisions when your out there on the slides and falls. With a wide choice of the North's creeks on our doorstep, were spoilt for choice. |

Swale DaysThe river swale is an iconic section of advanced whitewater near Keld in Yorkshire. It is made up of 7 drops and rapids that give some great opportunities to fall off stuff with style. Over 4 days of training we will prepare you as well as can be done to paddle the river Swale. |

Rolling SessionsRolling a kayak is a complex skill that requires the completion of a range of different movements at the same time, whilst holding your breath! These sessions are run between 8pm and 10pm on a Thursday evening at a small local swimming pool in the North Lakes. |
