How to book
Places can be booked by either completing an on-line booking form or by completing the editable pdf version of the booking form and e-mailing it to us: info@wildriver.co.uk. If you are under 18 years old you must also complete a parental consent form. If you have any queries please contact us.

How to pay
Payment can be made by either BACS using the bank details below, by cheque, by credit or debit card, or by Paypal.

Payment can also be made by PayPal but please be aware that if you choose to pay by PayPal and you later cancel your booking, 3.1% of the amount paid will be deducted from any refunds issued.
To pay by PayPal either select the 'Pay Now' button below or send money to: sales@wildriver.co.uk
To pay by credit or debit card select the 'Pay Now' button and check out as a guest. You will be taken to the PayPal payment screen. Please enter the correct amount and select 'Continue' and choose 'Check Out as a Guest'. To pay by card you do not need to have a PayPal account and your card details will not be stored.
Booking terms
Places can only be reserved following receipt of a completed booking form together with either payment in full or a non-refundable deposit of £50 (a deposit of 25% is required for multiple course bookings). The full course fee is due six weeks before the course starts. Deposits are non-refundable and cancellations made less than 6 weeks before the commencement of the course will incur penalties.
Candidates are advised to take out course cancellation insurance.
Any customer under the age of 18 years must have the explicit permission of his/her parent or guardian before being able to take part in any activity/course offered by the company. The parent or guardian need to be aware and accept the risks involved in adventure activities and satisfy themselves accordingly.
Cancellations
by the customer
We understand that sometimes a client's plans can change. However, clients cannot expect to be able to cancel or change their booking at short notice without penalty. All cancellations must be in writing and sent either by post or email. We will acknowledge a cancellation within 5 days of receiving it. Until the customer has received confirmation the original booking remains valid.

In the event of a course being cancelled by Wild River, customers will be offered the choice of either a full refund or another booking on a different date.
